Our very own English Rose, Rachael, has oodles of Real Estate experience, 11 years to be exact...Having own and operated her own real estate business back in the UK, we are blessed to have this gorgeous young lady working amongst our hard working team.

BEST WORLDLY EXPERIENCE: Too many to mention. Helicopter ride over The Grand Canyon. Paragliding over the French Alps, Sleeping in the same bed as George Clooney at Bellagios in Las Vegas or was it Brad Pitt (not at the same time as them....haa!)?! Riding an elephant in Sri Lanka, meeting Santa in Lapland (where I got married), and the list goes on...

I would like to commend Rachael Beadman on her outstanding professionalism.
We lease 22 Claudare St, Collaroy Plateau which is managed by Rachael and I spoke to her just over a week ago about breaking our lease due to the damp and draughty conditions of the property which were impacting on our toddlers asthma.
However, rather than just accepting this Rachel has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation; firstly coming to the property to make an assessment and discuss options with me and then going into negotiations with the owners which has resulted in them agreeing to put insulation in the roof and floor. Subsequently, it is now looking likely we will be able to remain here. Such a positive result in less than 2 weeks!
We have not been used to such professional and courteous treatment from previous rental agents. My husband and I are highly impressed and will be recommending your agency to any friends or colleagues who may be looking to rent or buy real estate in the future.
