His motivational techniques and frequent implementation of up to the minute systems within the agency ensure that the staff and the agency as a whole are always A Step Ahead.....Wayne brings to the agency a wealth of knowledge having worked in Chartered Accountancy, Body Corporate Administration, and a good deal of time in a number of multi-national ad agencies.
