At the very young age of only 23, Mark Novak had a dream to create a Real Estate Agency unlike any other.
While many fellow colleagues all seemed to be sowing the same seeds, walking the same walk and talking the same talk, The Novak Agency was to focus on going against the grain and to concentrate on offering clients products and services that were to be a step ahead of their competitors.
This dream has now become a reality and after nine hugely successful years, The Novak Agency is one of Sydney s finest and most awarded agencies.
Consisting of 25 full time staff members, the agency also has an impressive portfolio of over 500 managed properties.
