We are proud to announce we have just finalised negotiations on "the kebab shop" next door to our existing premises. The two shops will be transformed into one chic, state of the art office, allowing for an increase in staff and facilities ensuring that we always remain "a step ahead".

The Novak Agency (TNA) identified that there was a niche in the local real estate market for a specialist in renting and selling residential units. TNA is situated in the hub of Dee Why which comprises an amazing 10 000 units with approximately 500 of these residential units trading hand in one year. TNA decided to dedicate a subsidiary brand focussing purely on renting and selling units. This is where “Mr Units” came about. A leader supported by a team of staff are focused purely on unit rentals/ sales in the Dee Why area. This dedicated team of people are absolute experts in all areas of medium to high density real estate within the local area. Over the past 12 months, “MR UNITS” has truly evolved and hence has been trademarked. Further, Mr Units now has it’s own website www.MRUNITS.com.au, dedicated 1300 and 1800MRUNITS phone numbers and even a MR UNITS number plate has been acquired! An advertising and marketing campaign has also been embarked upon. Over the past year TNA has sold 50% more units than the previous year. Mr Units is a well recognised division of not only TNA, however the local Dee Why community.
